Lunchbox, Lost in the Jungle

Introducing Lunchbox!

Lunchbox is a true innocent, stumbling through life, oblivious to lurking dangers and the fact that his little world could come crashing down at any given second. But it’s ok - Lunchbox just keeps plugging along, because at the end of the day, when you’ve got your lunch pail and your diaper, what more do you really need?

I like to think there’s a little bit of Lunchbox in all of us.

This is the first in my new "Lunchbox Gets Lost" series. Lunchbox was a collaborative effort between my husband Chris and me.

Hi Lilly!

Thanks, I'm hoping to keep up with blogging this time, I'm finding that it's not as formidable as I'd previously thought. It was actually my husband's idea to start this blog, he thought it would be good for me to post sketches & that sort of thing which would be easier to maintain. In the past I'd felt that I should only show finished, sellable work, which put too much pressure on me to keep up with.

Yes I'm still on ebsq - I do read the boards but rarely post, I don't have time for too much chit-chat. I was recently awarded a free lifetime membership - they had members nominate people & frankly I was shocked when I found out I'd won (I would have been surprised to even be nominated, let alone to win)! I did ask about it & I think it was for helping out some new people, I guess I made an impression. I felt really honored though.

I just checked and you still have a portfolio there - I'd strongly recommend that you update it if you can; I recently finished a very nice commission where the customer found me through ebsq, so you never know who will see your work.

Well the blogger system is really convenient, i've been trying to get my mum to make one for her projects as well!

I have to admit im confused why my account is still there, I thought it expired years ago when i stopped paying for the membership. I will have to investigate it, i think. & that is really cool about the free lifetime membership, though it doesn't surprise me, because i always remembered you & your posts as well.

Thanks Lilly :)

I don't know why your account is still there either, I thought they'd gone through & straightened everything out. I went for a few years without paying too (even though my membership was only $18 since I was there from the beginning).
